Isolated Sudoku

Think of an isolated number as one without consecutive neighbors in either direction.  For example, from the set {1,2,4,6,7,9} the numbers four and nine are isolated but the numbers 1, 2, 6 and 7 are not.  The clues of this puzzle are based around this definition.  Between any four cells in the same cage, we reveal the isolated numbers from the set in the four adjacent cells.  Lack of a clue indicates that there are no isolated numbers in that set of four numbers except that there are no clues on the boundaries between cages.
