MAA-NJ 2019 Spring Meeting Puzzle

Here's a new style of Sudoku variant I premiered at the recent MAA-NJ meeting.  There is only one rule.  For consecutive letters and for consecutive numbers arrows point from larger entries to smaller ones.  By larger in the alphabet consider A < B < ... < Z.  No arrow points between two letters which are the same, in this case meaning the repeated A's.  Aside from that, we're just filling in the symbols MAANJ2019 with normal Sudoku rules.  No cells need to be revealed to ensure a unique solution.
