Word Cages: Quadrata

For a change of pace, this puzzle uses no numbers.  It's a letter puzzle that isn't even secretly a number puzzle in disguise.  There's no considering the distance between letters in the alphabet, and nothing about which letters comes before which other letters.  Simply put letters in the cells of each row, column, and cage, the same number of times as they appear in the word 'Quadrata'.

Good luck, and notice that if you're a Sudoku fan, the double combination of oddly shaped cages, and repeated letters will cause interference with more than just one common technique.
