Happy 2020 Sudoku

This New Year's puzzle is simply a Sudoku using the characters in "Happy 2020".  Each row and column has those characters the same number of times that they appear in the quote, so the 0, 2 and P are repeated.  Arrows are placed between adjacent cells of a cage whenever they both contain distinct letters or both contain distinct numbers, and they always point from the larger to smaller character, using standard alphabet order for the letters.

For example, an arrow would point from Y to cages with any other letter, but no number.  An arrow from a cell containing a 2 would only point towards a cell containing a zero.  Here's a sample cage with one way the calls could be filled in to help demonstrate the rules.

Keep in mind arrows are placed whenever possible, so that lack of a arrow between cells in the same cage must mean those cells contain either a repeated letter, a repeated number, or symbols of different types (one letter and one number.)  Using this is important for reaching the unique solution, as some cages have very few arrows.

I'm using the 2020 Pantone color of the year, classic blue, since New Year's doesn't traditionally have any single constant color.  That's about it, so have a happy 2020 everyone!
