Word Cages: Quadrata (Vowels -AND- Consonants Edition)

This one is much like the last word cage puzzle, except this time we have separate clues for the vowels and the consonants.  More specifically: whenever two cells in a cage both contain vowels, we have a clue of V.  When they both contain consonants, we have a clue of C.  If one is a vowel and the other a consonant, then there is no clue.
