2019 Sumdoku

I'm going to post another 2019 puzzle while it's still somewhat early into the year.  This one is more traditional than the last one, using only the usual Sudoku numbers, and overall easier as well.  Clues are given in the form of the sums of entries in adjacent cells, though they are only given if that sum can be written with the digits 2,0,1, and 9.  That's the gimmick, but we might as well take advantage of having so many distinct digits in the year while we can, since we won't get that again until 2031.
