Mistletoe Holiday Puzzle

I chose the word MISTLETOE to make Quadrata's next Sudoku puzzle.  As the word has two repeated letters, this helps to keep some of the more standard tricks from being applicable.  We put down clues exactly when the distance between letters in the alphabet is a power of two.  Note that the number one is a power of two, since it equals two to the power zero, but zero is not a power of two.  Unlike the Thanksgiving puzzle, no cells need to be given away here in order to ensure the solution is unique.
