2023 New Year's Puzzle

So for the year 2023 I've designed a puzzle which uses the numbers 23, 2 and 3 for clues.    Trapezoids clues between cells point up or down based on whether the entries in those cells have a product greater than or less than 23.  In addition, a 2 in the trapezoid means the different of the entries is 2, a 3 means the difference is 3, and no number means the distance is neither 2 nor 3.

I'm including TWO versions of this puzzle: one normal version, which is challenging, and an easier version of the same puzzle with more clues below it.
